About the role

A global bio-pharma company in Switzerland is looking for a Market Development Manager to support global HCP education and market development initiatives across an international haematology portfolio.

You will coordinate educational programs, support advisory boards and expert meetings, adapt materials across affiliates, and build relationships with medical experts, all within a collaborative, multinational team.

What we are looking for:

Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business degree
1 to 3 years in pharma or healthcare, ideally in medical education, communications, or marketing
Strong scientific literacy with the ability to simplify complex topics
International mindset; comfortable working across cultures
Business English essential; German a plus
Up to 25% travel
