What you'll do

As a Recruitment Consultant Industry, you are the connecting force between technical professionals and leading projects. You understand the industry and who makes a difference in it.

You will have the freedom to build your network, and you will collaborate with experienced colleagues.

• You will search, interview, and guide technical professionals to great assignments.
• You will build sustainable relationships with clients and candidates.
• You will identify commercial opportunities and convert them into results.

You easily make contact, have a keen eye for talent, and are passionate about the industry. With your curiosity and courage, you can open doors and make matches.

What you bring

• HBO work and thinking level;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment;
• Curiosity, the courage to ask critical questions, and initiative;
• Commercial flair with an eye for people;
• Independence and team spirit;
• Good communication skills in Dutch.
