I am a Medior Support Engineer at Eshgro. As a Medior Support Engineer, I provide technical support and resolve problems for end-users at our clients. I am the one who answers questions, solves technical problems, and ensures that our customers are always satisfied. Whether it's providing expert advice, implementing new solutions, or ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - I'm there to keep everything running smoothly!

Responsibilities
- Resolving disruptions within the agreed Service Level Agreements;
- Handling dispatching and follow-up of tickets;
- Checking authorizations regarding the granting of rights;
- Maintaining customer contact, both by phone and email;
- Analyzing customer requests;
- Monitoring the progress of changes and incidents;
- Acting as the first line of support during on-call duty;
- Being responsible for the execution of the entire troubleshooting process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar IT role
- MBO (vocational education) work and thinking level with a preferred IT education;
- Willingness to obtain Microsoft certifications such as ITIL v4 Foundation, MD100/MD101.
