I am a Medior Support Engineer at Eshgro. As a Medior Support Engineer, I provide technical support and resolve problems for end-users at our clients. I am the one who answers questions, solves technical problems, and ensures that our customers are always satisfied. Responsibilities

  • Resolving disruptions within the agreed Service Level Agreements;
  • Handling dispatching and follow-up of tickets;
  • Checking authorizations regarding the granting of rights;
  • Maintaining customer contact, both by phone and email;
  • Analyzing customer requests;
  • Monitoring the progress of changes and incidents;
  • Acting as the first line of support during on-call duty;
  • Being responsible for the execution of the entire troubleshooting process.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar IT role
  • MBO (vocational education) work and thinking level with a preferred IT education;
  • Willingness to obtain Microsoft certifications such as ITIL v4 Foundation, MD100/MD101.
