Job Description:

The Senior Account Executive, Membership will focus on driving new business growth through a consultative sales approach while building trusted relationships with senior executives and board members. This role blends strategic selling with long-term relationship management and is ideal for a polished sales professional comfortable engaging with C-suite leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new membership accounts within an assigned territory
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand organizational goals and recommend tailored solutions
  • Own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through closing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive leaders and board members
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and documentation within the CRM
  • Provide guidance and feedback to junior sales or membership development staff
  • Stay current on industry trends, offerings, and evolving sales strategies

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in account executive or B2B sales roles
  • Background in membership-based, professional services, or consultative sales environments preferred
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Experience engaging senior executives and decision-makers
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree required (business, marketing, or related field preferred)

Additional Details:

This is a hybrid role with a mix of remote and onsite work. Overtime may be available with management approval. Start date may be as early as early February, pending interview completion.
