The Mission

At Savanti, we don’t sell travel; we earn trust with individuals whose expectations, standards, and lifestyles demand precision, discretion, and excellence. This role is responsible for driving the growth of Savanti’s membership base by building meaningful relationships, identifying the right clients, and guiding them through a thoughtful, high-touch sales journey. You are not simply closing deals; you are introducing clients into a long-term partnership that will elevate how they experience the world. You are the front door to Savanti. The first impression. The tone‑setter. The one who ensures every potential client feels understood, valued, and confident in choosing us.

The Role

This role owns the full sales cycle - from sourcing and qualifying cold leads, to nurturing relationships, to closing high‑value memberships, and ensuring a seamless transition into service. You will manage a dynamic pipeline of opportunities across inbound, outbound, referral, and re‑engagement channels, moving each prospect forward with intention, speed, and care. Success in this role comes from your ability to balance structure with intuition: knowing when to follow a process, when to adapt, and how to guide each client toward a confident decision. You are equally comfortable generating new opportunities as you are converting them, proactively building top‑of‑funnel while maintaining strong momentum through to close. You take ownership of your pipeline, your performance, and your outcomes.

What You’ll Own

  • Own the entire sales cycle from first touch through to close and client transition.
  • Proactively source, research, and qualify new leads, while re‑engaging existing and past opportunities.
  • Convert cold outreach into meaningful conversations, building trust quickly and effectively.
  • Lead all initial and follow‑up calls, guiding prospects through a structured yet personalized journey.
  • Manage all inbound opportunities (website, referrals, partners) with speed, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a healthy, organized pipeline, ensuring consistent follow‑up and forward momentum across all opportunities.
  • Present Savanti’s offering with clarity and confidence, tailoring conversations to each client’s needs and expectations.
  • Navigate objections thoughtfully, using insight and active listening to move conversations forward.
  • Capture and maintain high‑quality data within CRM systems, ensuring visibility into all activity, touchpoints, and outcomes.
  • Continuously test, refine, and improve sales messaging, outreach strategies, and conversion approaches.
  • Build strong internal alignment to ensure a seamless, high‑quality handoff from sales into service.
  • Develop long‑term relationships with prospects and clients, recognizing that trust‑building extends beyond the close.

Who You Are

  • A natural relationship builder who prioritizes trust, connection, and long‑term value over quick wins.
  • An experienced high‑ticket seller who understands how to guide nuanced conversations with sophisticated clients.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple conversations, priorities, and timelines simultaneously.
  • A clear, polished communicator across phone, email, and text – equally strong in listening as in presenting.
  • Emotionally intelligent, able to read between the lines, understand client motivations, and adapt your approach accordingly.
  • Disciplined and process‑oriented, while always looking for ways to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Proactive and curious – consistently researching leads, testing new approaches, and refining your craft.
  • Comfortable with both urgency and patience, knowing when to move quickly and when to give space.
  • Resilient and resourceful – you navigate obstacles, objections, and roadblocks with creativity and persistence.
  • A collaborative team player who values strong communication and shared success.
  • A great human being – grateful, accountable, humble, and committed to excellence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales, business development, or client acquisition, ideally within high‑touch or luxury environments.
  • Proven experience managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline, balancing volume, quality, and conversion.
  • Experience working with high‑net‑worth or discerning clients strongly preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems and a track record of maintaining clean, actionable data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain organization, and consistently follow through.

What We Offer

  • Paid time‑off, including annual birthday leave, paid holidays, and flexible sick leave.
  • Opportunities for growth, personal development, and training, including an annual “betterment budget”.
  • Work with an international team that becomes your family.
  • Medical Plan Options (Including Vision and Dental).
