MEP Director

About

We are working with a growing MEP Contracting Company, looking to bring on a MEP Director to join their team. Specifically, they are looking for someone 10+ years of experience working within the MEP space.

Requirements

• 10+ years of MEP experience
• 7+ years of managerial experience
• Previous experience running and managing a P&L
• Prior experience running a team and working with executives

Responsibilities

• Manages the service and automation sides of the business including technicians, sales, automation team, and administrative staff to ensure the business is running smoothly
• Partner with Project Management team on small projects, repairs assignment and review, quoting, contract renewals, deficiency reporting, work order management, etc.
• Manage Service Administrator and Preventative Maintenance Program Manager; support skill development and career advancement
• Review all cost-to-complete and time & materials data for small projects

Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between 175k-225k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
