Summary
Retail Merchandise Categorization and System data clean-up initiatives directly linked to the Relex end to end Planning system implementation efforts, with the project slated to complete in 2026. This data cleansing is imperative for the success of the implementation itself, which requires this foundational work started in 2025 in order to lay the groundwork for targeted project completion in 2026.
Responsibilities
- Hierarchy clean-up
- Style/Collection/Digital Accessory attribute assignment
- Live assortment clean-up in Fusion and Brand Manager
- Status clean-up and validation (DD/DC/Active):
- Define ongoing process for item listing maintenance
- Presentation minimum reconciliation in partnership with VM
- Transportation and Allocation lead time mapping in partnership with Supply:
- Production times ONLY reside in Brand Manager today
- Lead times ONLY reside in Fusion/S4 today
- Allocation timings are not yet documented
- Supplier closure timings & impact to order schedules need to be documented in partnership with Commercial/Vendor Liaison
- MOQ cleanup & order coordination grouping assignment and documentation (*apparel shared MOQs cross-over various Styles)
- In cleansing the above aforementioned Master Data components, this will ensure all product attributes and associated data are accurate in order to appropriately forecast, plan, replenish & allocate merchandise accordingly within the future end to end Relex system framework.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Supply Chain or related field
- Experience in Retail environment required
- Experience in Retail Replenishment and Allocation, Planning or other relevant function.
- Advanced skills in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
- Experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all aspects of the business
- Planning tool/system experience considered an asset (Relex preferred)
- Knowledge of overall supply chain/logistics best practices; includes international and domestic logistic movement experience considered an asset
