Job Summary

We are on the lookout for a motivated Outside Sales Account Executive to generate growth in the merchant payments and fintech sectors. This role is pivotal in acquiring and managing small to mid-sized business clients by offering cutting-edge payment processing, POS systems, and related fintech solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business from small and mid-sized merchants.
  • Promote and sell our payment processing, POS, and fintech products.
  • Engage in direct sales activities in your designated area.
  • Track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in Salesforce.
  • Achieve or surpass set sales targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Must reside within the specified territory.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in outside or field sales, with a willingness to spend 75% of the time working in the field.
  • Previous experience in roles such as Outside Sales, Territory Sales, Account Executive, or Business Development.
  • Sales experience in SaaS, POS, payments, or fintech solutions is essential.
  • Compensation structure: $120,000+ OTE.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated history of surpassing sales quotas.
  • Experience working with small and mid-sized business (SMB) customers.
  • Understanding of merchant services, payment processing, POS systems, and fintech solutions.
