MERN Stack Developer (2+ Years Experience)
Remote (Nigeria)

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about building scalable web applications and working with modern technologies, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces
• Design and implement RESTful APIs
• Work with Next.js for building modern, SEO-friendly applications
• Collaborate with designers and backend teams to deliver end-to‑end solutions
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing systems

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with the MERN stack
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js
• Experience with MongoDB and database design
• Good understanding of REST APIs and third‑party integrations
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Good problem‑solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with React Native (plus, not mandatory)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
