Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a MERN Stack Developer located in Delhi, OH. The MERN Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing front-end components, developing back-end services and APIs, integrating databases, optimizing performance, and ensuring responsiveness across devices. The developer will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience of 2 - 3 years in Travel industry is mandatory
• Strong proficiency in MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js
• Proficient understanding of front-end development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design
• Experience with RESTful APIs and backend development
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and implementing designs into functional user interfaces
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Build and scale booking engines, itinerary planners, and customer portals
• Work on high-traffic travel platforms handling real-time data
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to deliver seamless features
• Optimize performance, speed, and user experience for global audiences

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with travel APIs, GDS systems, or payment gateways
