Architect and implement manufacturing solutions using MES systems to meet business needs. Collaborate closely with diverse teams and stakeholders to optimize production processes and enhance system integration.

This role encompasses leading the continuous improvement of production information systems. You will strategize the architecture of solutions, support application upgrades, and ensure data accuracy during migrations. Emphasizing optimization and harmonization, you will facilitate collaborative meetings with project teams and external partners.

Enhance operational value through strategic architecture and hands-on leadership in manufacturing systems while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design manufacturing information systems
• Lead hands-on configuration and standard enforcement
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings for requirement gathering
• Optimize existing systems for enhanced integration
• Promote data integrity and resolve consistency issues

Requirements

• Direct experience with MES systems required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in a relevant field
• Familiarity with change management methodologies
• Strong presentation and communication skills
