Business Analyst

About the Role

We are hiring 5 Business Analysts with expertise in Siemens Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) to support a large-scale manufacturing transformation program. Each role aligns with a specific functional module and will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements
• Lead implementation and configuration of Siemens MOM / OpCenter solutions
• Analyze current systems and recommend enhancements or new implementations
• Work with engineering and technical teams on system integration and design
• Manage backlog, prioritize tasks, and support Agile delivery processes
• Coordinate testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams
• Drive issue resolution and remove blockers for development teams
• Ensure smooth coordination between cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) / MES
• Hands-on experience with Siemens OpCenter / OpCenter Intelligence
• Exposure to Mendix, APS, Connect MOM
• Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing and supply chain
• Experience in system integration and enterprise applications
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience (backlog, sprint planning, velocity tracking)
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s Degree required
