Our client develops and manufactures industrial measuring technology. Their core competence lies in applications for the process industry to determine pressure, temperature, and flow. In addition to a wide range of standard solutions, they also offer customers the development of tailor-made special solutions. The medium-sized company sells its products worldwide and works according to international standards of the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries.

Your Role

Your Tasks

• Development of firmware for industrial measuring technology
• Analysis of customer and system requirements
• Creation of technical concepts
• Development of software architecture
• Programming of embedded firmware for microcontrollers
• Conducting software tests
• Optimization of existing software, for example, with regard to functional safety
• Close cooperation with hardware developers
• Technical documentation

Your Profile

• Completed studies as an engineer in technical computer science, electrical engineering (university/university of applied sciences/cooperative education) or comparable qualifications
• Experience in microcontroller programming with C/C++
• Experience with scripting languages, for example Python
• Ideally, experience in functional safety
• Fluent German language skills from C1 level.
