The Role

You will own Meta as a paid acquisition channel for Viktor, including Facebook, Instagram, and the full Meta ad stack. Responsibilities include strategy, creative direction, budget management, and performance optimization. You will turn Meta spend into qualified pipeline and paying teams by thinking in experiments, shipping creative fast, and optimizing the account as a system.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Own Meta end-to-end: campaign structure, audience strategy, bidding, budget allocation, creative testing.
  • Run the creative engine: brief, produce, ship, and iterate on ad creative at high velocity.
  • Set the experimentation cadence on Meta with weekly tests and documented results.
  • Own measurement and attribution including CAPI, pixel hygiene, conversion modeling, and view-through assumptions.
  • Build the audience and creative library with lookalikes, retargeting segments, exclusion logic, and creative concepts.
  • Partner with the Head of Performance Marketing on budget and prioritization.
  • Report weekly on spend, CAC, and pipeline contribution.

The Bar

Success is measured on pipeline and CAC from Meta, not on impressions, CTR, or campaign count. You must be both the media buyer and the creative director.

How You'll Know It's Working

  • 30 days: Account audited, wasteful spend eliminated, tracking clean, first experiments shipped.
  • 60 days: Creative production cadence locked, audience and bidding strategy restructured, CAC trend visible.
  • 90 days: Meta is a predictable, scaling channel with a documented playbook and deep creative library.

Who You Are

  • Senior paid social operator with deep Meta experience for B2B SaaS or AI.
  • Experienced managing meaningful Meta budgets.
  • Creative instinct with ability to brief creators, edit videos, and write hooks.
  • Comfortable with data and platform analytics.
  • Documented experimentation practice.
  • Operator-first mindset with daily Ads Manager use.
  • AI-native workflow using tools like Claude and generative creative tools.
  • Founder mentality building channels from scratch.
  • Based primarily in EU or NYC; remote OK with EU/ET overlap.
