When something isn't converting, you're not filing a request and waiting two weeks — you have developers, designers, and creative support in-house, and you have the authority to move. This is what full ownership actually looks like.
We're not building another ad account. We're building Hozio's entire inbound lead generation system from the ground up, and we're looking for the person who wants to be the architect of that — not the technician executing someone else's blueprint.
Here's what you should know about how we operate. We don't manage by committee or hide behind "let's just test it." We make decisions, we move, and we hold ourselves accountable to the number. If leads aren't coming in, we don't blame the algorithm — we look at the offer, the creative, the funnel, and we fix it. If you've worked somewhere where nobody could answer the question "why isn't this working?" because nobody actually owned the answer, you'll feel the difference here immediately.
In this role, you will build and run Hozio's Meta acquisition system — fully responsible for every inbound lead that comes through paid social. Within your first 90 days, we expect clear campaign strategy, launched ads, and a live funnel you can defend down to the creative angle. From there, this role grows. As you prove results, you'll build and lead the team that eventually runs paid media for Hozio's clients.
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll own day to day:
- Full Meta ad strategy — offers, angles, campaign architecture, and audience targeting
- Ad creative direction and copy development, with in-house design and development support available to you
- Landing page and funnel performance — not just clicks, but show rates and conversions
- Tracking and attribution — if it's not measured, it doesn't count
- Inbound lead volume and quality for Hozio's own growth
One thing worth saying directly: you will not be handed a broken offer and told to make the numbers work. You will build the offer. If the funnel needs to change, you change it. The accountability is real — and so is the authority that comes with it.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years running paid Meta campaigns with measurable lead generation results — bring the numbers
- You write your own ad copy and develop your own creative angles, not just set up ad sets
- Comfortable owning full-funnel performance, not just top-of-funnel spend
- You read data to make decisions, not just to build reports
- Local to Long Island — this is a full-time, in-office role in Bohemia, NY
Compensation
Base $80,000–$120,000 depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus and profit share tied directly to campaign results. Strong performers earn $100,000+ in year one. The better the system you build, the more you make — that's by design.
Pay: $73,191.18 - $99,144.22 per year
