With 3-5 years of experience, your focus will be on developing data pipelines, optimizing analytics processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and reliability. You will directly support business units by delivering insights that drive strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end data process from ingestion to insights
• Develop reusable data pipelines and extract data
• Create standardized metrics and scalable data models
• Analyze performance data to identify trends
• Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports

Requirements

• 3-5 years in analytics or data-related fields
• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Proficient in SQL and data modeling
• Analytical skills with Python or R experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
