We’re looking for a MICE Specialist with a strong background in planning and executing incentive travel experiences across Southern & Eastern Africa.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and costing incentive travel programs
- Managing end-to-end group logistics
- Traveling with groups and overseeing on-site execution
- Coordinating with suppliers and ensuring seamless delivery
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in MICE / incentive travel
- Strong costing and quoting ability
- Proven on-site experience managing groups
- Advanced Excel / spreadsheet skills
- Own transport and willingness to travel
