Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of software applications using CICS JCL DB2 and Cobol to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the integration of systems to ensure seamless functionality and performance across platforms.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices to maintain high-quality software solutions.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing system maintenance and upgrades.

• Implement strategies to enhance system security and data integrity within the applications.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve existing systems.
• Coordinate with asset management teams to ensure software solutions align with business objectives.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior developers to foster professional growth.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in CICS JCL DB2 and Cobol with a proven track record in software development.
• Demonstrate experience in Asset Management Operations and Asset & Wealth Management as a valuable asset.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Showcase effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
• Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in technical roles with a focus on software development.
