We are a specialized recruitment agency for specialists and managers and are looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer – Senior (m/f/d) on behalf of a modern IT service company.

Location: Remote / Hybrid / Hahn Airport Area Working Hours: Full-time Start: Immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks:

• Design, operation, and further development of modern Microsoft 365 architectures
• Responsibility for Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams including Direct Routing, as well as SharePoint and OneDrive
• Design and implementation of Entra ID, Conditional Access, and governance concepts
• Implementation of security and compliance strategies
• Execution of tenant-to-tenant migrations
• Administration and further development of Intune and endpoint management solutions
• Technical contact person for customer projects
• Professional support, knowledge transfer, and coaching within the team

Your profile:

• Several years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer or Microsoft 365 Administrator
• Very good knowledge of Exchange Online architectures
• Experience with Microsoft Teams including telephony and Direct Routing
• Very good knowledge of SharePoint permission models
• Experience with Entra ID, security, and governance topics
• Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting
• Very good German language skills

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, or SC certificates
• Experience with Defender XDR or Microsoft Sentinel
• Experience in regulated environments (NIS2, ISO, GDPR)
