• Leads functional design and requirements management for the project
• Facilitates interviews, backlog refinement, and sprint planning sessions to capture user needs and translate them into functional stories
• Documents business processes, maps workflow logic, and updates backlog items in alignment with the development team
• Collaborates with developers and testers during sprints to validate configuration and ensure user acceptance criteria are met
• Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge on multiple complex work assignments
• Ensuring backlog items, workflows, and documentation are accurate and complete

• Backlog Management Experience: Refining and updating backlog items, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring alignment with the development team
• Experience using Jira & with Agile Methodologies
• Experience conducting interviews to identify user needs and translating them into functional requirements or user stories
• Experience analyzing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement
