Role Summary

The Microsoft D365 Architect is responsible for leading the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, enterprise‑grade solutions built on the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the ability to translate complex business requirements into integrated, future‑ready system architectures.

The position focuses on designing intelligent, analytics‑driven solutions across Sales CRM, Professional Services Automation (PSA), and Finance & Operations modules, while enforcing engineering excellence through structured testing, governance, and CI/CD best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

  • Lead end‑to‑end architecture design for Microsoft D365 CRM solutions.
  • Translate business and strategic requirements into scalable technical architectures.
  • Design integrated solutions across:
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
    • Professional Services Automation (PSA)
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Architect advanced customizations and extensions beyond out‑of‑the‑box D365 capabilities.
  • Define enterprise data models, integration patterns, and interoperability frameworks.

Integration & Platform Engineering

  • Design secure integrations using APIs, Azure services, and Power Platform.
  • Establish scalable system interoperability across enterprise applications.
  • Drive advanced reporting and analytics enablement.

DevOps & Quality Engineering

  • Establish and govern CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Define automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Implement quality assurance strategies including unit testing, integration testing, and regression automation frameworks.
  • Ensure performance, security, and governance best practices.

Technical Leadership

  • Provide architectural oversight to development and QA teams.
  • Review solution designs and enforce engineering standards.
  • Mentor teams and drive architectural governance across engagements.
  • Evaluate emerging Microsoft ecosystem capabilities (Power Platform, Azure services, AI integrations).

Scalability & Innovation

  • Drive long‑term scalability, maintainability, and sustainability of solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

  • 10–12 years of overall IT experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft D365 CRM implementations.
  • Proven experience designing enterprise‑grade architecture solutions.
  • Experience in large‑scale or multi‑entity implementations.

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in D365 Sales, PSA, and Finance & Operations modules.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns (APIs, Azure services, Power Platform).
  • Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, release management, and automated deployments.
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture and system design principles.
