As a Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Consultant, you will engage in vital enterprise solution implementations across all project phases—discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy. Once our sales team secures a project, you'll be an essential part of the delivery team, ensuring that our clients' solutions effectively drive their success.

As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will play a crucial role in connecting complex business challenges with innovative technical solutions. You will be instrumental in understanding business requirements and defining solution architecture to translate those requirements into effective, workable solutions. Your expertise will guide technical decisions to align them with business outcomes, providing recommendations that drive the business forward.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes.
• Establish procedures that impact your immediate work area and potentially the broader business functions.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for achieving results.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• Design the solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions tailored to meet customer needs.
• Utilize knowledge of Microsoft solutions to estimate deployment efforts accurately.
• Lead discussions with clients to review potential solutions for their business requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with functional analysts, architects, and developers.
• Monitor the project’s progress and quality throughout the implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in system design or information systems.
• Minimum of 1 year (or 5+ projects) implementing Microsoft Dynamics and/or Power Platform technologies with hands-on experience in configuration and customizations.
• Strong familiarity with relational database concepts.
• Proven experience in Application and Tool Analysis, Cloud Computing Architecture, and Cybersecurity and Privacy Architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience in managing teams and client-facing roles while demonstrating the ability to build trust and create value.

The base salary range for this position in all US locations is $142,600 to $261,500, with specific ranges for the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California.
