As part of our consulting team, we guide clients to understand and implement cutting-edge solutions necessary for efficiently running their businesses, particularly in the realms of Digital and Cloud technologies. Key focus areas include E-commerce, Solution Architecture, Mobile Applications, Digital Technology Strategy, and IT Operations.

The Opportunity

This area is rapidly expanding, presenting ample opportunities for you to grow and develop your skillset in line with the digital landscape's changing demands. You'll collaborate closely with our clients to provide unique insights into how they can innovate and maintain competitiveness in their industries.

You will be part of a team responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and supporting data-driven applications utilizing the Dynamics/Power Platform.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Participate in technical implementations for Dynamics/Power Platform, finalizing architecture specifications, and creating designs for customizations and integrations.
• Lead discussions on system design, offering recommendations and trade-offs based on impact analysis.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions to foster innovative solutions.
• Assist in estimating timeframes for assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Rapidly absorb new client information and demonstrate effective modeling and revision skills.
• Guide a small team of developers by providing technical architecture leadership.
• Mentor and support less experienced developers.
• Independently produce high-quality, scalable, and reliable code.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices among the development team during engagements.
• Oversee solution deployments to various environments.

To qualify for the role you must have

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• A minimum of five years of experience, including at least four years in development and two years in .NET technical architecture on enterprise projects.
• A solid understanding of C#, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Experience in integrating with external systems.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% out of town.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform design, configuration, and customization and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Customer Engagement.
• Proficiency in JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with ADO Build Pipelines or similar tools.
• Microsoft Certifications and prior consulting experience are highly advantageous.

Interview Process

As part of the application process, candidates will complete an online technical coding assessment to evaluate practical coding skills and problem-solving abilities in a collaborative setting.

• A comprehensive compensation and benefits package based on your performance and the value you bring. The salary range for this position in the US is $142,600 to $261,500, with higher ranges for specific metro areas.
