Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE
• Customize entities, workflows, business rules, forms, and dashboards
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C#/.NET
• Integrate Dynamics with third-party applications and enterprise systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Perform data migration and system upgrades
• Ensure system performance, security, and scalability
• Create technical documentation and support deployment activities
