Microsoft AI

Vancouver · On-site Full-time Senior CA$114k – CA$204k/yr 1w ago

About the role

Overview

Microsoft is a company where passionate innovators come to collaborate, envision what can be, and take their careers further. This is a world of more possibilities, more innovation, more openness, and big‑sky thinking—powered by a cloud‑enabled, AI‑driven future.

Microsoft Fabric is our unified data platform for the age of AI, bringing together ingestion, analytics, governance, and intelligence into a single experience. Within Fabric, the Real‑Time Intelligence team is building the end‑to‑end platform that powers event‑driven, time‑sensitive applications. Our focus is on helping customers move from signals to insights to action instantly.

This role is with the Fabric Eventstream team, which is responsible for how customers ingest, process, and route streaming data into Fabric. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive the next phase of growth for Fabric Eventstream.

The role is centered on driving product growth. You will spend time deeply understanding customer pain points—especially what blocks customers from success with real‑time streaming—and translate those learnings into clear product direction. You will define and deliver features that directly address those problems, and continue to drive adoption of these features.

You will work across engineering, design, and partner teams to shape product strategy, define requirements, and drive features from concept through launch. You will also play a critical role externally: creating demos, authoring blogs, and presenting at conferences to help tell the story of Fabric Real‑Time Intelligence.

Customer engagement is a core part of this role. You will work directly with customers to understand their real‑time architectures, provide technical guidance, and help them succeed in building production streaming applications.

We do not just value differences or different perspectives. We seek them out and invite them in so we can tap into the collective power of everyone in the company. As a result, our customers are better served.
