We are a dynamic and growing company looking for a motivated Mid-Level Account Manager to join our team in Zurich. You will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within client accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
