Your Role

As a crucial member of our analytics team, you will:

  • Advise on strategic business development tactics to meet our clients' most pressing cyber mission requirements.
  • Implement analytical best practices for data collection, aggregation, normalization, and analysis.
  • Process and analyze data, create and maintain models and report templates, and develop dynamic, data-driven solutions using Customer Relationship Management software and federal government acquisition solicitations.
  • Work collaboratively with technical and growth teams to identify channels and markets to bring Booz Allen's commercial products to the warfighter.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow team members.
  • Deliver tailored call plans, product roadmaps, and client engagement agendas to business clients.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in leading large capture initiatives and developing complex technical solutions for DoD and Civilian clients, including quick-to-market contracting and non-FAR procurement.
  • Experience executing all phases of large multi-year capture efforts, including planning, teaming, proposals, market analysis, and pricing strategies.
  • Experience presenting to senior executives and government clients.
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively guide internal and external stakeholders throughout the capture process.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • A Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

It would be great if you also have:

  • Advanced experience in driving complex captures and managing proposal submissions.
  • Experience nurturing effective relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Insight into the business development lifecycle and solution selling methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex, multi-step activities to capture teams.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

The salary range for this position is projected between $55,200.00 and $126,000.00 annually, reflecting various factors, including experience and location.
