FP&A Manager

We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a motivated FP&A Manager to join our finance team in Salzburg. This role is crucial in driving financial strategy and supporting key business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to management.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy.
• Support the preparation of board materials and investor relations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the FP&A function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
