We are seeking a talented full stack developer to join our team and contribute to building and maintaining dynamic applications in a regulated financial environment. This role is perfect for someone who is proficient with Java Spring Boot, Python frameworks, and modern front-end technologies like Angular or Vue.js. You will also work with databases such as PostgreSQL and document databases while utilizing AWS tools and services for cloud deployment. Engage with AI-assisted development tools and integrate advanced LLM capabilities to enhance application performance and user experience. Compensation & Benefits

We offer competitive pay rates of $70.00 to $80.00/hr. on a w2 basis, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 401k with company matching.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications encompassing the UI, middle tier, and data layers.
• Create responsive and accessible front-end interfaces using Angular or Vue.js.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices with Java Spring Boot and Python frameworks.
• Manage relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and document databases.
• Architect and deploy applications on AWS using various services for effective scalability.
• Utilize AI-powered coding tools to improve development productivity.
• Incorporate LLM-powered features using platforms like AWS Bedrock.
• Work on document analysis and intelligent data extraction projects.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
• Establish and maintain automated testing suites for quality assurance.
• Optimize application performance across the stack and resolve bottlenecks.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• Proficient in Java Spring Boot and Python frameworks for backend development.
• Experienced in front-end technologies, particularly Angular or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with both relational and document databases.
• Knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
• Proficient in end-to-end testing methodologies.
• Ability to analyze and enhance application performance.
• Strong grasp of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Experience in financial services or regulatory technology is favorable.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
