Your Role

As a Product Manager focusing on monetization for our Sponsored Jobs product, you will play a crucial role in driving strategies that enhance the employer experience on our platform. Your work will directly contribute to achieving company-wide revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities • Lead the strategy and development of the Sponsored Ads Management experience. • Utilize data analysis to uncover new revenue growth opportunities. • Collaborate with sales, customer support, and clients to address major pain points. • Present insights and updates on your product area to senior leadership regularly.

Qualifications and Skills • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or 8 years with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master's degree; or a Ph.D. plus 3 years of experience. • Experience in product monetization. • Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL and Python. • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams to deliver innovative products and features. • Proficient in balancing customer needs with business objectives and technical feasibility. • A data-driven approach with a focus on leveraging insights and metrics to influence product decisions. • Curiosity and accountability regarding product performance and insights.

Compensation Overview

Salary ranges vary based on tier: Tier 1: 125,000 - 187,000 USD; Tier 2: 138,000 - 208,000 USD; Tier 3: 152,000 - 228,000 USD; Tier 5: 173,000 - 259,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, and the interview process.
