Job Description: You will play a key role in identifying and attracting top sales talent for our organization. As a Mid-level & Senior Sales Recruiter at GenPX INC, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to target and engage with qualified candidates - Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for various sales roles - Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential candidates through networking and sourcing techniques - Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for sales positions - Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Proven experience in recruiting for sales positions, preferably at the mid-level and senior levels - Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to assess candidates' sales acumen - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
