About

Responsibilities

• Realization of projects with a focus on active pharmaceutical ingredients for the expansion of the company's own product portfolio
• Interdisciplinary, international and national project management. Interface function between manufacturing partner (R&D/Production), Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management
• Implementation of projects in accordance with applicable GMP guidelines and standards
• Ensuring compliance between regulatory documentation and manufacturing documents
• Support for the worldwide marketing of the company's own product portfolio through expertise & processes
• Optimization or development of processes according to the requirements of the own division
• Evaluation, discussion and implementation of customer or authority requirements (e.g. ICH Guidelines)
• Creation, professional review & archiving of project-related documents/files

Qualifications

• Completed scientific degree (PhD advantageous) in Chemistry, Pharmacy or comparable course of study
• Distinctive analytical thinking and a structured way of working
• Goal-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality. Enjoyment of familiarizing oneself with new, complex topics and proposing solutions
• Working in a dynamic, family environment characterized by creativity and short decision-making paths
• Distinctive service mentality and enjoyment of professional, interdisciplinary exchange
• Willingness to take responsibility, enjoy creative freedom and develop further
• Very good German and English skills, written and spoken; further foreign language skills advantageous
