About the Project

International Community is a global platform aimed at digitally empowering social communities around the world. We’re building a mobile-first super app that blends communication, education, events, support, gamification, and AI assistants.

Key features include:

• AI bots & expert chats
• CRM, marketing, and analytics integration
• Gamified user experience (levels, points, achievements)
• KYC, referral system, stories, and event feeds
• Multilingual support (EN, UA, DE, RU, HE)
• Deep integrations with AI tools & third-party SDKs

Responsibilities

• Build a native Android app from scratch using Kotlin.
• Design architecture and collaborate on UX/UI decisions.
• Integrate SDKs (Appsflyer, Adapty, analytics tools).
• Work with AI, KYC, QR codes, push notifications, and chat.
• Collaborate closely with backend, AI, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Android (Kotlin) development.
• Strong knowledge of architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, etc.).
• Experience with REST APIs, Web Sockets, push notifications.
• Solid grasp of multithreading, caching, security, CI/CD.
• Fast learning curve for new libraries and SDKs.
• Experience with Appsflyer, Mixpanel/Amplitude, Adapty.
• Stripe integration (in-app purchases/subscriptions).
• Worked with marketing/product teams.
• Understanding of gamification and user engagement.
• Experience building multilingual apps.
