Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Drive system understanding for our software offering in Motor Controland LED applications
• Use AI to integrate and develop middleware libraries and application software
• Develop software prototypes
• Assure the code quality by AI-driven testing in the targeted system
• Be responsible for the reusability in a platform development enviroment
• Work with the team to decide which development processes to maintain or change
• Collaborate closely with System Architects and Product Application Engineers
• This position is a two-year fixed-term contract

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or similar studies
• At least 5 years experience in Software engineering
• Profound knowledge in: agentic AI usage, C and Python
• Certified scrum master is an advantage
• Knowledge in hardware close/baremetal developing and testing
• Preferable experience in RTOS, Zephyr, Ethernet Stack, CryptoLib, FusaLib and TrustZone
• You know build systems, repositories and ticket systems
• You know automotive development environments and chip peripherals
• Experience in global organizations and ability to network in crossfunctional teams
• Good communications skills in English, German would be a benefit
