Responsibilities

  • Preparing Risk Assessments
  • Hands on knowledge of any type of IT platform: Windows Server, Windows workstation, Red Hat Linux, Cisco, VMware Infrastructure
  • Reviewing vulnerability scan results, tracking vulnerabilities and working with system administrators to resolve them
  • Hands on knowledge of DISA STIG compliance and validation
  • Vulnerability management
  • Drive remediation actions on servers and workstations
  • Track IAVAs and identify minimum compliant software versions
  • Drafting SOP’s or System Security Plan’s (SSP’s)
  • Validation of RMF Security Controls

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of related experience OR a Master’s degree with a minimum of 1-year related experience. Additional direct relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with Network or Server Administration
  • A valid CompTIA Security+ certification (IAT level II or Higher)
  • Experience with ACAS/NESSUS Scanner
  • Experience with eMASS
  • TS-SCI
  • CI-Poly may be required by government

Preferred Certifications

  • CISSP, CASP+, CYSA+

Additional Information

  • Hands experience with Army AESS HBSSTrellix products is a plus
  • Location: Ft. Huachuca, Arizona
  • Type: Full-Time, On-Site
  • Schedule: 8 hours per shift; Monday-Friday
  • Salary: Based on experience
