RecruitPro Solutions is recruiting qualified Millwrights or Maintenance Technicians for employment in the Netherlands. Our clients operate in modern industrial and manufacturing environments and are seeking skilled tradespeople with strong mechanical and electrical maintenance capability.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on production and processing equipment
• Diagnose, fault-find, and repair breakdowns to minimise downtime
• Conduct preventative and planned maintenance activities
• Work on motors, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, bearings, and drive systems
• Perform basic electrical fault-finding on panels, motors, and control systems
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
• Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams

Requirements

• Millwright Red Seal OR Electrician Red Seal (mandatory)
• Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience in FMCG, processing, manufacturing, or heavy industry advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands
• English and Afrikaans proficiency required
