At SilverPeak Mining Services, you’ll work closely with mining operations teams to analyze performance, optimize processes, and support smarter decision-making across active mining sites in Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze mining production data and operational performance
• Track key metrics (output, efficiency, downtime, cost per ton)
• Support optimization of mining workflows and equipment usage
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with engineers, geologists, and site managers
• Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership teams
• Monitor safety and compliance-related performance data
• Assist in forecasting production and resource planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in mining, industrial operations, or data analysis (entry to mid-level welcome)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Willingness to work with field and site teams when required
• Ability to translate data into practical operational insights
