The ITK Rheinland is one of the largest and most modern IT service providers for municipalities in North Rhine-Westphalia. For the state capital Düsseldorf, the municipalities in the Rhein-Kreis Neuss, the district itself and the city of Mönchengladbach, it offers around 20,000 users comprehensive service from consulting on the design of the IT landscape to the selection of specific products to the integration of applications and processes as well as their daily operation.

You want to become part of modern personnel management and actively shape the recruiting process? Then we look forward to hearing from you! In this position, you will be the central point of contact for applicants and will support our team in attracting the best talent for our company.
- You create target group-oriented and appealing job advertisements and publish them on suitable channels.
- You manage the entire applicant management with our system BITE – from communication with applicants to checking documents to requesting missing documents.
- You coordinate the selection process, organize appointments, and handle correspondence with all parties involved.
- You support personnel management with administrative and organizational tasks in day-to-day business.
Profile
- You have completed commercial training with a focus on personnel management and have several years of relevant professional experience, ideally with a public employer.
- You have experience in recruiting and applicant management and are proficient in using digital applicant management systems (ideally BITE).
- You have good knowledge of labor law, ideally also of the collective bargaining law for the public sector (TVöD) as well as the AGG, schwerbehindertenrecht, and Teilzeit- und Befristungsrecht.
- You work in a structured manner, organize selection processes efficiently, and maintain an overview even with multiple parallel procedures.
- You communicate confidently and in a service-oriented manner with applicants and internal contacts.
