Your Responsibilities

• You will take responsibility in the application jungle - from the first roar to a place in the lion pack:
• With a sharp eye, you will screen incoming applications and perform the initial pre-selection.
• You will confidently conduct job interviews for positions in our Headquarter - with sensitivity, clarity, and the right intuition for the other person.
• You will support training paths such as foundation training with organizational talent and foresight - from training organization to accommodation during external theory blocks - you are a facilitator for new talents.
• Additionally, you will take care of performance data, ensuring a comprehensive overview in the savanna and sharpened decision-making foundations.
• You will contribute your energy, ideas & team spirit to HR projects and actively shape them.
• Classic administrative tasks are also part of your territory - reliable, precise, and with that certain bite.

Your Qualifications

• You have already secured your territory in the commercial jungle - whether with Matura, a university or FH degree - ideally in Human Resource Management.
• You are no longer a rookie: You have already left your first tracks in recruiting - the lion pack looks forward to your experience.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word & Co. are your loyal companions.
• You have a sixth sense for people - with empathy and strong communication skills, you immediately recognize who fits the team.
• Creativity, problem-solving skills, and a sense of responsibility are part of your DNA - you think along, ahead, and sometimes outside the box.
• Even when the wind blows stronger: You remain calm, trustworthy, and discreet - a rock in the surf for the team and applicants.

Your Salary

For entry-level lions, this position offers an annual salary starting from EUR 35,490 gross on a full-time basis. In a personal interview, we will jointly determine your salary based on your specific qualifications.
