Responsibilities

• Active participation in marketing projects and creative implementations
• Design and creation of communication media such as flyers and other marketing materials
• Planning, organization, and execution of internal and external events
• Coordination of external partners and third-party brands
• Creation and evaluation of data-based analyses
• Support of customer service with offers, invoicing, and acquisition activities
• Processing of customer inquiries via email and telephone
• Taking over administrative tasks such as processing mail, invoices, and delivery notes
• Assistance in material management

Profile

• Commercial apprenticeship
• 2-3 years of practical professional experience in marketing
• Further training in marketing (e.g. certified marketing specialist, marketing professional with federal diploma or currently in training)
• Proactive, open, and communicative personality
• Curiosity and joy in continuous learning and development
• Team-oriented way of working with high commitment
• Interconnected, logical thinking
• Structured and independent way of working
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written
• Residence within reasonable commuting distance (approx. maximum 30 minutes)
