Responsibilities

• Collect and assess internal and client performance data

Requirements

• At least five years of MMIS application experience
• Advanced knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office
• Degree or diploma in computer or data sciences
• Familiarity with transit industry operations is advantageous
• Strong communication and training abilities
