Mobile App Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mobile App Architect to design and build high-quality native mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms using Kotlin and SwiftUI. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mobile architecture, device integration (BLE/MQTT/Wi-Fi), and secure cloud communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable native mobile applications for Android and iOS
• Lead architecture decisions and create clear architecture diagrams and documentation
• Implement BLE/Wi-Fi-based device onboarding and familiar with MQTT protocols
• Integrate mobile applications with cloud backend services via REST APIs
• Implement authentication and secure communication using Forge Rock
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and usability
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders and ensure smooth delivery
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for mobile development team
• Good on mobile app registration and distribution process using Play Store and AppStore
• Familiar with Mobile App related automation testing
• Experienced in security best practices in mobile apps areas
• Experience with app performance monitoring and optimization tools

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in native mobile app development
• Android (Kotlin, Android SDK)
• iOS (Swift UI, iOS SDK)
• Proven experience in mobile architecture and design patterns
• MVVM, Clean Architecture
• Expertise in device connectivity and communication protocols
• BLE / Bluetooth
• Wi-Fi
• MQTT
• Experience with REST APIs and HTTPS-based integrations
• Strong skills in architecture documentation and stakeholder presentations

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with IoT-based applications or smart devices
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps

Experience

• 10 16 years of experience in mobile application architecture and development
