Responsibilities
Your main tasks include contributing to the development of native and hybrid apps using frameworks like React Native or Flutter. You will program UI components, implement new features according to customer requirements, and assist in fixing bugs and optimizing existing functions. Additionally, you will help integrate APIs for backend system connections and work on implementing push notifications and other mobile features.
In addition to your main tasks, you will support the team in conducting app tests and quality assurance measures, assist in creating technical documentation and user manuals, and participate in internal code reviews. Occasionally, you will also contribute to researching new technologies and best practices in the mobile sector and support the preparation and execution of app releases.
Requirements
You are studying Computer Science, Media Informatics, or a comparable degree program (at least 3rd semester) and have initial experience in app development. Knowledge of at least one relevant programming language such as Swift, Kotlin, JavaScript, or Dart is required. Basic experience with React Native or Flutter is desirable. You should be familiar with version control systems (Git) and have basic knowledge of using REST APIs. Interest in UI/UX design is a plus.
You have a quick grasp of concepts and the ability to independently learn new technologies. Your structured way of working enables you to systematically approach even complex tasks. You bring creativity and a good eye for user-friendliness. Teamwork and good communication skills are a matter of course for you. You work reliably, are flexible with time, and can organize yourself well to successfully combine studies and working student activities.
Working Hours
16-20 hours per week, flexible scheduling, preferably 2-3 days per week
