Mobile Application Developer

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Mobile Application Developer with strong Hybrid mobile application development experience. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience building cross‑platform mobile applications using Ionic, Capacitor, and Angular, along with a solid understanding of native mobile concepts.

Role/Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain hybrid mobile applications using Ionic framework • Build scalable and responsive mobile applications using Angular • Implement native device features and integrations using Capacitor • Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and services • Ensure performance, stability, and usability of mobile applications • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues • Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards • Work closely with product, QA, and UX teams to deliver high‑quality solutions

Qualifications & Experience • MUST have strong hands‑on experience in Hybrid mobile application development • 7-8 Years’ experience of professional experience in mobile application development • MUST have experience with Ionic, Capacitor, and Angular • Strong proficiency in Angular framework • Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs

Academic qualifications/Level of Education • Bachelor’s degree required.

Additional Skills: • Basic working knowledge of native iOS and Android development • Familiarity with mobile app build and deployment processes • Experience with version control tools such as Git • Understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $95,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $155,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
