KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Responsibilities

Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using the Flutter framework and Dart programming language. Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers (e.g., Node.js, Java), and product managers to translate design mockups and business requirements into functional, high-quality applications. Integration: Integrate applications with backend services and third-party APIs (RESTful APIs), cloud messaging APIs, and push notifications. Performance & Quality: Optimize app performance, handle memory management, debug issues, fix bugs (including crashes), and ensure high code quality through best practices and code reviews. Deployment & Lifecycle Management: Be involved in the entire application development lifecycle, including app deployment to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of Flutter framework and Dart language. Proficiency in state management techniques (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, GetX). Experience with code versioning tools, specifically Git/GitHub. Familiarity with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics) or other backend-as-a-service (BaaS) platforms. Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively in an agile or Scrum environment. A proactive, self-initiated attitude and a passion for building user-friendly mobile experiences.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development is a bonus for handling platform-specific integrations. Knowledge of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines for Flutter apps..
