Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Lead and instruct a team of developers, ensuring the code meets quality standards and follows best practices.
• Collaborate with UX designers, business analysts, and senior stakeholders to refine application features and user experience.
• Diagnose and resolve software issues, develop quality assurance procedures, and ensure secure coding practices.
• Manage application performance, security, and deployment to app stores, following Google Play and Apple's Developer Program Policies.

Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or four additional years of experience if the degree is not applicable.
• Minimum of 13 years of software development experience, with 5+ years in mobile application development.
• Proficiency in Java, Swift, Kotlin, and Objective-C.
• Experience with cloud platforms, API development, and database technologies like Firebase or Cloud Firestore.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and application lifecycle management.
• Strong experience in performance tuning, secure coding, and deploying applications to app stores.
