If I had to compare myself as an iOS Developer to an animal, it would probably be the turtle. In the iOS environment, you are more bound by specifications and processes than, for example, in Android development. Security is also a top priority for us (just like with Apple) – so the turtle with its shell fits well, also because it moves rather patiently and deliberately.

However, turtles are loners. That doesn't apply to us. In the team, we support each other, we solve problems together, and in meetings like our retros, we also emphasize discussing everyone's well-being.
