About the role

Key Role

As a Mobile Device Solutions Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, integrating, and deploying innovative mobile technologies. Your focus will be on mobile devices, applications, and unified endpoint management tools to deliver comprehensive solutions. Use your expertise and industry knowledge to tackle a variety of challenges and contribute effectively to project outcomes. You will work predominantly independently but will collaborate with and mentor junior team members.

Basic Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Samsung endpoints and either the Android or Windows operating systems.
  • Proficient in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), Mobile Device Management (MDM), or Enterprise Mobile Management (EMM), including integration, policies, and controls.
  • Experience in testing and deploying applications on Android or Windows-based devices.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting common infrastructure issues, including network outages.
  • Capability to harden and test endpoints in compliance with DoD guidance, such as DoD STIGs and Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) requirements.
  • Adept at creating and executing client-ready test plans and reports, as well as presenting findings to clients.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • High school diploma or GED with 8+ years of experience in a DoD environment, or a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience.
  • Security+ Certification.

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and tools like Microsoft Visio or PowerPoint for creating DoD Architecture Framework diagrams.
  • Knowledge of PKI concepts and applications, specifically regarding certificate management.
  • Familiarity with Mobile Operating System STIGs released by the DoD.
  • Understanding of Windows and Linux server infrastructures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective presentations to senior-level clients.
  • Top Secret clearance preferred.
  • Completion of Registration Authority (RA) training on DoD Public Key Infrastructure.

Clearance

Applicants selected will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for classified information access; a Secret clearance is essential.

The projected salary range for this role is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 annually. Salary adjustments will be based on various factors, including location, individual qualifications, and contract-specific affordability.
