Akkodis is seeking a Mobile Engineer for a Contract with a client in Raritan, NJ(Remote). The ideal candidate will design and deliver high‑quality, scalable mobile solutions while driving clean coding practices and shift‑left testing.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities

Mobile Engineer Job Responsibilities Include

• Design, develop, and deliver high‑quality, scalable React Native mobile applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and secure code while adhering to company, compliance, and industry best practices.
• Implement a shift‑left testing approach through automated unit tests and code reviews, supporting functional, load, and integration testing.
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and upgrade existing mobile applications, recommending improvements where needed.
• Collaborate closely within an agile team including Product Owners, designers, analysts, testers, and architects to deliver effective solutions.
• Continuously enhance technical skills and contribute to knowledge‑sharing through trainings, guilds, and peer collaboration.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience developing mobile applications, including strong expertise in React Native.
• Experience with domain‑driven design (DDD) and modern container platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Exposure to financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated industries, along with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or SAFe.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $53.00 per hour
