Mobile & Frontend Developer (m/w/d) — Flutter & Angular

The Role As a Mobile & Frontend Developer, you will shape the look and feel of Apollo.ai. You view the interface as the product itself, refining animations and UI details until they feel just right. Instead of waiting for specifications, you proactively sketch, prototype, and drive your own ideas. You will take true creative ownership of our UX and design system, with plenty of room to grow.

Your Responsibilities • App & Web UI: Shape our Flutter mobile app and contribute to our Angular web frontend. • Design System: Expand our scalable design system (components, tokens, motion design). • Rapid Prototyping: Bring ideas to life quickly using Figma and AI tools, pushing them straight into production. • End-to-End UX: Take full ownership of features, from the initial sketch to the final polish. • Strategic Input: Act as a creative partner to product management and engineering to shape our roadmap.

Your Profile We value motivation, aesthetics, and creative independence over years of experience. • Tech Stack: Strong interest or experience with Flutter and Firebase (Firestore, Functions). • Design Mindset: A genuine eye for UI, UX, and motion design ("it feels right"). • AI-Native: Experience with AI-assisted development (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.) and Figma. • Working Style: High quality standards and a self-directed, solution-oriented approach. • Nice-to-haves: Knowledge of TypeScript/Angular or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
